Why Isn't It Friday Yet?
My knees are a little sore this morning, I guess from last night’s run.  Also I slipped a little in the shower this morning, and I have an extra little pain on the side of my kneecap. Just got back from the gym where I succeeded in completing Week 5 Day 2, which consists of two eight minute running sessions with 5 minutes of walking in between.  I didn’t know if I’d be able to do it, but I got through both without stopping.  Whoo!  If I stick with the plan that means one uninterrupted 20 minute running session on Monday…I have my doubts, but I won’t know...

Today Sucks
That time of the month usually isn’t too bad for me.  I’ll get some minor cramps, maybe be more hungry than usual.  But this time it’s messing with me - I had fairly bad cramps last night after dinner, which ruined some plans, and then woke up in a horrible mood this morning.  The kind of mood where you just can’t look forward to anything.  Everything sucks, so why bother? ...
